A recent report issued by the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors showed a positive trend in the median sales price (MSP) in the Western New York marketplace during May 2016. The MSP in May was $125,000, up from $120,889 just one year ago. Year-to-date figures are also favorable; $122,000 in 2016 compared to $120,000 last year.
Both 2016 figures also compare favorably to 2014, when the May MSP stood at $122,500 and the year-to-date average came in at $119,500.
