First impressions will make or break a sale

NEW OLEAR BANNEROver the past couple few weeks we?ve been sharing some fairly common sense tips to help home sellers ensure a quicker sale. Today we share some additional advice that can help make or break a sale.

Once you?ve made the decision to sell your home, your house and property need to be ready at all times because you never know when a potential buyer or Realtor may drive by or even stop for a quick conversation. Therefore, it is most beneficial to keep the place it tip-top shape. By that we mean everything from cutting the lawn cut to keeping the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms clean! You?ll feel better, and so will potential buyers.

And finally, always keep in mind that you only have one chance to make a good first impression. Remember that during the selling process, both you and your home are being constantly scrutinized. If the flowers outside are dead, dirty dishes fill the sink and yesterday?s clothes clutter the floor, there?s no doubt you?re making a poor impression.
