The 2013 rankings for the best school districts in upstate New York were just released. ?Suburban?Western New York school districts did fairly well, ?with 8 out of the top 30 spots. ?Suburbs of Rochester and Syracuse also did very well, with Pittsford ranking number 1 once again. ?City schools for all three major metropolitan areas did very poorly, with Buffalo ranked third from the bottom at #427. ?See a full listing of all 429 school districts here?or check out the top 30:
